The law stood tall, cold and blind—
A blade of balance, sharp by design.
But men grew loud, and men grew bold,
They grabbed the hilt with hands of gold.
One cried for bread, one cried for guns,
Both claimed the right, but stole from sons.
The law bent low to feed their cries,
And justice choked beneath their lies.
They called it fair, they called it kind—
Yet robbed the soul and broke the spine.
For law that gives by force or scheme,
Will drown the truth in dead men’s dreams.
Equality is neutrality. Liberty its breath.
But men who play gods sow quiet death.
They tilt the scales and call it grace—
Then rule the ruins they helped erase.
